Minton purchased this entire freehold estate from Henderson Global Investors. At the time, it was unrefurbished with a variety of vacant units and short unexpired terms from mainly local covenants.
Since buying the Estate, Minton have refurbished numerous units and sold 9 out of a total of 20 units. Most of the sales have been to existing occupiers, who were keen to buy their own buildings. Sales have included trade supplier Brewers, Murray the Printers and CMC Engineering. In addition, the group have completed a lease renewal to John Weiss Limited, one of the Estate's largest occupiers, who had previously been holding over.
Minton currently manages the remainder of the Estate and are offering units for sale or to let as they become available.
