Over 50% of units sold or let at the Bramery

More than half of the 12 industrial units in Cheltenham which underwent a one million pound refit have now been let or sold.

The units at The Bramery Business Park in Alstone Lane, Cheltenham, were launched six months ago after a major refurbishment by developers Minton Group.

The most recent business to move into the park is Card Personalisation Solutions Ltd who needed to relocate to larger premises within the town. Amongst the things the company produce are travel cards for local authorities to distribute to disabled people and pensioners.

Joint agents for The Bramery are Colliers CRE and KBW. Richard Knightley of KBW said: "Despite the economic downturn there has been good demand for these newly refurbished business units as demonstrated by the number of disposals to date. The opportunity to lease with an option to purchase has been particularly appealing to a number of new occupiers in the current financial climate. The business units available are suitable for small to medium size enterprises and we have attracted a wide range of occupiers from a plumbing and heating supplier to a micro brewery".

"They provide high-quality industrial, warehouse, office and trade counter space".

Andrew Patterson, Managing Director of Card Personalisation Solutions said the premises were ideal for his business.

He said: "I was attracted by the location of the Bramery Business Park which is close to Cheltenham town centre but also within easy reach of the M5. It is a secure site and provides high quality accommodation for my growing business"

Other occupiers on the business park include Alutool, M & G Windows, Value Cars, C & G Cladding, Mark Benson Heating & Plumbing and Prescott Ales.
