What Does Minton Do?

Minton has always been deal led and not sector led and therefore has not limited its brief, but pursued opportunities right across the UK. Although offices and industrial/warehousing are the main sectors to which we have been attracted, we have also constructed, refurbished and purchased investments in the sectors of leisure such as bingo, restaurants and pubs plus trade parks, car washes, tyre depots and residential, both private, keyworker and affordable and even a redundant airfield!

Transactions have covered the length and breadth of the UK from Wales and Bristol to the west, to the south coast in Gosport and up to Amesbury, right up through the M4 and M40 corridors to the black country in Oldbury and Birmingham up to Manchester, Preston, Warrington to the north in Peterlee and Newcastle and to the east of London and in Essex. Numerous purchases have been concluded in the SW counties of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Avon and Oxfordshire.
